Keen Concepts works with owners and teams who need work taken off the plate. That might be AI put to work, repeatable jobs automated, systems connected, or software built for how the business already runs.
The form follows the job: custom MCPs, bespoke platforms, integrations, local automations on hardware you own, or Claude with connectors into the data you already hold. It is not always an agent in a box.
Every engagement follows the same sequence: Discovery, Solution Design, Implementation, Pilot, then Ongoing Maintenance. There is one upfront fee, depending on the scope, then an agreed retainer for ongoing maintenance. See the process.
